Real experiences · shared responsibly
Patient journeys, shared with care.
This page is for voluntary, de-identified accounts of care. Every published journey is reviewed for privacy, clinical balance and documented publication consent. Individual experiences are not promises of a similar result.
No submission becomes public until the clinic documents specific consent for the final version.
Stories may describe progress, challenges and limitations. Results vary between people.
The first patient journeys are being prepared carefully.
No story will appear here until identifying details have been removed, the final wording has been reviewed and specific publication consent has been documented.
If you would like to share an experience for private review, use the anonymous free-text page below. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Share your journeyA deliberate review process
One simple link for patients. Several safeguards before publication.
The private submission and the public library have different roles, but patients enter through this page so the experience remains clear.
The patient writes freely without entering a name, phone number, email address, CNIC, exact dates or medical-record details.
Dr. Fowad reviews the account. Details may be shortened, generalized or removed to protect privacy and medical accuracy.
If publication is considered, the clinic confirms the final wording with the patient and documents specific consent outside the anonymous form.
Patient journeys are individual experiences, not medical advice, typical-result claims or guarantees. They do not replace an assessment. This page must not be used for urgent concerns, appointment requests or treatment questions.
