Laboratory tests are mandatory on arrival under the clinic’s protocol. Your consultation follows the required testing. Bring existing reports and discuss any questions about testing or its suitability with the doctor and laboratory team.

What does medical weight-management care involve?
This is a physician-led consultation covering your weight and medical history, current medicines, health risks and goals. Nutrition, activity, prescription treatment where clinically appropriate, monitoring and follow-up may form part of your individual plan. Treatment recommendations follow clinical assessment.
Can I send medical questions on WhatsApp or email?
WhatsApp is for booking and scheduling only. Please do not send symptoms, medical reports, prescription questions, images or private medical records. Clinical questions require a consultation. The limited first-7-days email service after a visit is only for general clarification of the prescription already given; it does not include new symptoms, diagnosis or treatment changes. Arrange an early follow-up for concerns that can safely wait.
What should I understand about treatment results?
Results, timelines and tolerance vary. No particular amount of weight loss or absence of side effects can be guaranteed. Patient experiences do not guarantee your results. Dr. Fowad assesses, prescribes and monitors treatment; the medicine manufacturer is identified on its packaging.
