Consultation before treatment
Medical conditions, medicines, allergies, pregnancy considerations, prior procedures and the reason for seeking treatment should be reviewed before any procedure or injectable therapy is considered.
What good informed consent includes
- The intended purpose of the treatment
- Realistic range of possible outcomes and uncertainty
- Common and serious risks
- Alternatives, including choosing no treatment
- Aftercare and how complications are handled
Skin brightening and IV therapies
Claims such as “detoxification,” immunity enhancement, guaranteed whitening or predictable energy improvement should not be presented as established outcomes without strong evidence for the exact intervention. Any injectable or intravenous treatment requires a genuine medical indication, product and safety review, sterile practice and an emergency plan.
Aesthetic outcomes vary. This page does not promise a specific result and does not replace a face-to-face assessment where a procedure is being considered.
